You will have specific responsibility for team developmentwith a key focus upon adult and apprenticeship support. You will work alongside our other co-ordinators/curriculum teams to break down barriers and ensure that these students are able to achieve successful outcomes both academically and socially. You willalso support the Learning Support Team with their day- to- day duties at a particular college centre.What you’ll need : You will have a sound understanding of the needs of adults and apprentices, the SEND Code of practice and funding mechanisms.
