You’ll oversee our recruitment and selectionprocess whilst supporting transitional processes including payroll. You’ll be assisting the Head of HR and HR Business Partner with casework and projects. You’ll be a HR generalist with advisory experience.What you’ll need: - Enthusiasm, resilient and highly motivated with Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2 and must hold a relevant Level 5 qualification or equivalent relevant experience.You’ll bring knowledge of the application of HR policies, procedures and systems, employment law and legal principles and HR information systems coupled with advising managers on policies and procedures.Ideally have experience of Trade Unions and support JJC meetings.About us: Tameside College has an excellent reputation and this is a real opportunity for you to make a difference in people’s lives.
