A great opportunity to join a highly regarded regional Law Firm in the Greater Manchester area, as they are looking to bring in an experienced Family Law solicitor to offer a quality service to their clients.Applications are invited from Family Solicitorswho have had a good grounding in private practice that are ready to take their next step up the career ladder working for a reputable, progressive and quality firm. Salary is upwards of £50K with benefits.The role will involve the successfulapplicant conducting their own caseload in the following types of cases: divorce, financial remedy disputes, civil partnership disputes, rights of unmarried and cohabitingcouples. (No Child Law or Childcare work is involved,as that is undertaken by a different Team).Prior experience in this area of 2 to 5 years is required, including running your own caseload. Advocacy experience is also required.The successful candidate will be willing to assist with the firm’s Legal Surgery session (free client drop-in sessions), new enquiries rota and also the external advice sessions that the Team provides to local organisations.This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable regional law firm, please provide an up to date CV if you wish to be considered.
