Job Description

Our client who is a lighting manufacturer in the North West is looking for a Commissioning Coordinator to join their team responsible for ensuring the commissioning team are providing an efficient and effective service to our customers.Key Responsibilities:

  • Book and arrange commissioning and pre start requests. Plan and re-arrange as required the engineers. Send out Commissioning documentation when required Prepare and send out risk assessment method statements. Print and send drawings to engineers. Createand issue commissioning certificate once project completed
  • Keep commissioning calendar active and up to date. Liaise on a day to day basis with engineers to know exactly where they are on site and completion times and issues that could be caught during the visit.
  • Obtain information for site visits including site requirements, project specific parameters and drawings.
  • Save and log all site reports on commissioning log and calendar Send copy to relevant commercial person for invoicing off. Keep log updated / check that days have been invoiced off Check all site reports for further action required particularly CRS.
  • Deal with all associated invoicing from sub-contractors, logging them and raising purchase orders.
To be considered for this role:
  • Good level of IT Skills
  • Ability to effectively problem solve
  • Experience in using SAP
  • Knowledge of lighting controls and comissioning would be an advantage.
