Job Description

We are currently looking for a School Cleaning Supervisor responsible for the on-site cleaning standards and supervision of a cleaning team.This position is to be the site lead for all soft service lines at a prestigious Private School in Ashted.Key responsibilities & tasks:

Lead and motivate a Team of evening cleaners
Ensure periodic cleans take place and to a high standard
Plan and deliver deep cleans during school holidays
Encourage, motivate and training cleaning operatives
Managing the site roster and ensure all hours are delivered
Support the Soft Services Operations Manager in weekly and monthly cleaning audits
Create a safe working culture amongst the Team, with H&S as the forefront of the operation
Support other sites on occasional basis with training and collaboration
Work with suppliers to ensure service
Work with on-site team to manage on site consumable stock levels

Experience and traits:

Previous experiencing in leading/supervising a large cleaning team
Experience in driving high standards of service for a customer
The ability to communicate and work effectively with customers, employees and teams at all levels
A high level of focus on the achievement of targeted results and service delivery standards
A drive to succeed and continually develop as a person and leader

The shift pattern is Monday to Friday 5:00 pm -1:00 am (8 hours/day).Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to have an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service Check).This role is an immediate start!Required skills
