Job Description

Our award-winning client based in Epsom, Surrey is looking for a Payroll / HR Administrator to join their busy team. They are passionate about the services they offer, as well as their people, and are recognised for being an investor in people.This role offers a great opportunity for an individual with a small amount of experience to really launch their career into a mainstream Payroll and Human Resources department and benefit from extensive training from a high calibre team.Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Processing payrolls, processing P45 forms and sorting payslips for distribution
  • Running payroll reports
  • Uploading FPS and EPS reports to HMRC as required
  • Dealing with HMRC correspondence enquiries
  • Dealing with employee salary and payroll queries
  • Processing paperwork associated with employment changes and variations to contracts
  • Creating and maintaining employee personnel files and maintain monthly payroll files for all new starters, leavers, changes and bonuses
  • Support HR with any additional HR administration requirements
  • To be considered for this opportunity you should be able to demonstrate:
  • Strong education, ideally a graduate, with excellent administrative skills and most importantly a highly professional personality
  • The desire to study further and become either CIPP or CIPD qualified in the future
  • Some office experience, ideally from within a Payroll or HR department
