Salary: £11,689.70 per annumJob Location: Stonegate Place, AshfordHours: 20 hours per weekContract Type: PermanentOperating Company: Grange Property ManagementAre you customer focused, confident and logical with excellent communication skillsGrange Property Management are looking for a Visiting Scheme Manager to look after our properties at Stonegate Place, Ashford. With a can do attitude youll prioritise and manage your own workload independently.This is a varied and customer facing role supporting residents in maintaining their well-being and independence. Lone working youll have support from your Regional Manager and Head Office Team along with a Training and Support Assistant.Organised and able to work on multiple tasks, youll have a good understanding of building maintenance as youll be responsible for the general management of the building including organising repairs and maintenance of communal areas as well as to the structureof the property. Youll also manage contractors including weekly cleaning, gardening and bi monthly window cleaning.Youll be an excellent communicator who enjoys working closely with people from all backgrounds, able to develop and nurture good working relationships with residents, contractors and clients.As the first point of contact for any resident complaints, leasehold enquires or property alterations youll be able to advise and empathise with the resident age group which is typically 60 plus. Youll carry out regular compliance and health and safetychecks and manage insurance claims following appropriate policies and procedures.As a lone worker youll be resilient and self-motivated as well as an excellent team player able to reach out and engage with the wider team.A good standard of IT knowledge and understanding is an important factor within the Scheme Managers role, you will be required to use applications such as Outlook and Word.Information on the scheme:Our Scheme at Stonegate is made up of 27 Houses and flats properties set in lovely grounds, there is a residents lounge and a quirky Scheme Managers office set in the grounds.Wye is a village, located in Kent, England, 5 miles from Ashford and 12 miles from Canterbury.
