Job DescriptionBrakes (a Sysco company) are currently looking for a Talent & Development Business Partner to join the Talent & development team on a full time, permanent basis, reporting to the Director of Talent.The purpose of this role is to step change what we do when inducting, upskilling, and developing our people (including high potential talent).This role is key in delivering the overall people development plan, building colleague capability, supporting transformation development, and driving culture change. Working with HR Directors, HR Business Partners, business leads and the Talent Director,the role holder will determine our talent and development strategies for building people capability and growth at all levels of the organisation. They will ensure we develop our colleagues in the areas critical to our business through innovative and impactfuldevelopment experiences, initiatives, and programmes. The role will also take a lead on managing, in partnership with other Talent & Development Business Partners, our approach to maximising the apprenticeship levy.This role is offering a home-based contract that will require some travel commitment and as such a good degree of self-motivation and flexibility is required.Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
