Job Description

Job Title: Assembly OperativeLocation: Ashford, KentSalary: £11 per hourHours: Monday to Thursday 8am-4:45pm, Friday 8am-12:30pmContract: Initially 3-month temporary contract, then will be reviewed monthlyBenefits: weekly pay, up to 28 days annual leave, access to free eyecare vouchers, dedicated consultant to support your job search, temp of the month awards, access to well-being platforms and free onsite parking.We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assembly Operative to join our clients manufacturing team. As an Assembly Operative, you will play a crucial role in the production process by assembling components to a high standard.Could this be your next career move Here is what your new role will involve…

  • Assemble electrical components following the provided instructions and drawings.
  • Use hand held tools and perform soldering task.
  • Conduct quality checks after assembly to maintain high product standards.
  • Meet target deadlines.
