Our mission cannot be completedwithout building an organization that is both diverse and inclusive.Responsibilities: Developing and integrating best practices to increase the quality and velocity of deployments Participate in capacity and performance road map planning for the infrastructure Identify opportunities for improving the security, scalability, and reliability of the containerized infrastructure Partner with development teams to understand their potential challenges and help them choose the best way to architect their systems on Kubernetes You will work in a team environment and have strong coordination, organization, and communication skills Working with public cloud providers cloud technologies and container orchestrators such as Kubernetes Working in an agile cultureRequired Technical and Professional Expertise5+ years’ experience in the role of full-time systems/software engineer such as Go, JavaScript, Python, or Rust Experience in designing, building, and maintaining Kubernetes clusters and containers Excellent debugging skills in a Linux environment Experience implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous DeliveryPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseExperience working with application metrics and performance monitoringFamiliarity with network protocols and the OSI modelExperience implementing a Service MeshAbout Business UnitIBM Software infuses core business operations with intelligence—from machine learning to generative AI—to help make organizations more responsive, productive, and resilient.
