Committed to enhancing the safety and efficiency through innovation across various industries.Role Overview:As a Purchase Ledger Clerk with strong accounts payable experience, youll play a vital role in maintaining precise financial records and ensuring the smooth processing of invoices and payments. Ideally you will have strong organisational skills and attentionto detail.What will you be doingInvoice Processing: Efficiently process and code supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.Payment Processing: Prepare and process payment runs, reconcile supplier statements, and resolve discrepancies.Vendor Relations: Build positive relationships by effectively communicating with suppliers regarding invoices and payments.Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into the accounting system, maintaining organized records.Month-End Activities: Assist in month-end closing procedures, providing support to the finance team.Expense Management: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring policy compliance.Ad-Hoc Duties: Undertake additional tasks and projects to support the overall financial function of the company.Who are we looking forThis will suit you if you have previous experience as a purchase ledger, are proficient with the use of Excel and are looking to further develop your skills and experience.What’s in it for youThis role provides you with the opportunity to develop yourself in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, honing your skills and communication.
