SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a IT Service Delivery Lead to be based with one of their key clients near to Ashbourne. This is a full-time, permanent position to be based in the office working between the hours of 8.30 and 5.30pm. The role ispaying up to £35,000. This role will be responsible for the companys front line I.T service. You will oversee the delivery of internal IT services to ensure their effective operation and monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement. You must hold a full UK Driving Licence. Main duties will be: -Lead and mentor the internal IT support team -Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders. -Collaborate with external service providers. -Identify and implement opportunities for service improvement. -Drive process optimisation and cost reduction strategies. -Manage and coordinate IT projects to ensure successful delivery. -Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines. -Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to align project goals with service delivery objectives. -Prepare and present reports on IT service performance. -Ensure adherence to IT governance frameworks. -Ensure adequate level of 3rd party support in place for escalated IT queries -Manage delivery of 3rd party service including cost and service provision To be considered for this role you must have 2 years of experience in IT service delivery management or similar role along with strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks. As you will have a direct report you will need excellent leadership and communication skills.
