Job Description

Are you a person who could lead a Health Records Team who has the skills and qualities to work in a fast-paced environment If you are, we are looking for a Health Records Team Leader to work at St Oswalds Hospital within Community Planned Care.You will need to be an enthusiastic and motivated team player with excellent communications skills, both verbally and written, along with exceptional problem solving and advanced organisational skills.The successful candidate will have high levels of diplomacy with the ability to prioritise their own work load effectively to enable day to day management working closely with the Health Records Manager.You will have a broad range of administrative skills including:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A working knowledge of the 18 week RTT process
  • Experience of using IT systems such as Outlook, Lorenzo, CITO and CRIS
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week.In return we will offer:
