Superb OpportunityThe Exec Head of this fantastic property is seeking a Head Chef to assist with the management of the kitchen whilst cooking good quality dishes for its multi outlet operation. The property offers all day dining with a breakfast menu, barmenus and fine dining in its award winning restaurant where all dishes are made from scratch on site using quality, fresh local ingredients to a rosette standard. The property is a popular wedding venue and during the peak season is very busy, it needs a HeadChef who is capable of running all sections under pressure whilst also being able to manage the junior members of the team.
