Chef / Cook – Draycott in the Clay, Ashbourne£ 8 - £ 13 per hour salary dependant on experience20 / 30 hours per week.My Client is a warm, welcoming, family friendly pub and restaurant. Just a stone’s throw from the A50 and on the border of the beautiful village of Draycott in the Clay.The main responsibilities for this role – Chef / Cook ( 2 years minimum experience, fryers, grills, griddles )We are looking for an experienced chef to be able to work in our established country pub. Experience in using kitchen equipment such as, fryers, grills, griddles etc is a must. To be able to work to an existing menu and be able to add a personal touch. Must be able to work as part of a team and alongside a commis chef. Hygiene is paramount. Flexibility is essential, so must be able to work day time, evening and weekend shifts. Salary will be negotiated with applicants. All staff must wear a mask, all work surfaces and commonly used areas sanitised and cleaned.
