Part Time Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant, Ash Vale, to c£32000 pro rataWorking for a busy SME in a friendly and supportive small team environment, this is a great opportunity for a well skilled Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant looking for reduced hours.This is a permanent part time job, the client is looking for someone to work c30 hours a week split across either 4 or 5 days (but must include Fridays in either case).Working closely with the Finance Manager duties will include:Accounts PayableAccounts ReceivableInter-company invoicingJournalsBalance sheet reconciliationsCash book / receiptingAd-hoc duties will include for e.g. dealing with deliveries, entering customer orders, ordering stationary, answering phones etcThis is an office-based job, with parking on site and could suit someone returning to the market or possibly someone looking to take a step back from a more responsible role in a reduced hours capacity.
