Job Description

Support Worker Arbury, Cambridgeshire Full time - 37.5 hours Full driving licence required We are looking for Support Workers to support an individual with complex needs in Arbury, Cambridgeshire in a great location with fantastic benefits. Experience preferred but not essential- full training is given. We offer a great team environment and competitive pay rates. You will be friendly and approachable and support individuals to have a great life with excellent outcomes.The Dimensions team supports individuals with learning disabilities to live in their own home and be an active part of their community. The positions are full time and part time and are really flexible so your work can fit in with your other commitments. We are looking for people to work in the day time and at night. You will be part of a team that works flexibly on a rota, supporting a gentleman living in his own house in Cambridge. This will mean some weekend and evening work. The gentleman has a learning disability and complex needs. He enjoys getting out and about as much as possible in the community and keeping in touch with family and friends.
