Job Description

Our client, based in a lovely rural location on the outskirts of Wokingham, are a team of qualified engineers providing I.T Support Services to local businesses.They are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their friendly team. Part of the role is to build relationships with part existing clients, informing them of special promotions and building on their sales.The main duties are:

Generate sales quotes
Generate sales orders
Generate purchase orders
Generate goods received notes
Generate product stock codes
Stock allocation
Communicate with key suppliers for product availability and lead times
Arrange shipment of stock to clients and track direct shipments
Answering telephone calls for internal support desk

Other skills required are:

Experience with SAGE Line 50 or similar
Experience with purchasing and sales order processing
Knowledge of IT sales would be an advantage

Accuracy and attention to detail

Our client is offering a salary of £24,000 - £26,000, dependant on experience.The role is full-time: 37:5 hours per week, 21 days holiday, pension and private health care.Any experience within the I.T industry or someone who has an interest in this sector would be advantageous but not essential.
