Summary As the public face of our properties, you’ll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit.At Antony you will be working within a small team of outdoor Welcome and Service Assistants, led by a Welcome Manager based at the property.This is a zero hour contract, with flexible working hours.Antony is a lived in family home, and is therefore only open between April and October. Your operating hours will typically be 11.30 - 17.00 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between April and October, as well as Sundays between June and August, bankholidays and occasionally other days. What its like to work here You will be working with a small team of part-time Welcome and Service Assistants in our outdoor welcome space.Antony is still home to the Carew Pole Family. Discover the story of a family who became caught up in the extraordinaryevents of the English Civil War. Their history is bound up in this beautiful house.A house of silver grey stone, Antony is a beguiling mixture of the formal and informal. Its believed to be one of the finest surviving Queen Anne buildings in the West Country.Viewthe outstanding collection of portraits, including works by Sir Joshua Reynolds and a famous painting of Charles I during his trial. There are also fine examples of period furniture, textiles and tapestries.Breathe in the sweeping views as you explore thelandscape garden, which includes a formal garden with topiary, modern sculptures and a historic collection of daylilies. What youll be doing Day to day, you’ll deliver a great all-round customer service experience. You’ll be on hand answering queries and listen to what our visitors need so you can share the right information.Your role is to make sure our visitors have the best day they can.You’llhave the chance to be involved in different aspects of the visitor experience, from key property events to coach bookings - no two days are the same.Great visitor experiences are in our nature, and we believe everyone should feel welcomed, appreciated and more engaged because of the excellent service you provide.This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service.
