You will lead on critical projects ranging from organisation design and restructure, cultural change, reward and benefits and TUPE transfers.The role requires someone who will not only take full accountability for delivery of the project including planning, governance, reporting and achievement of targets, but someone who will also get stuck in and be involved in undertaking the ground work inorder to deliver.Working as a self-directed HR professional, you will be the project lead within the people with a small resource provision to support you day to day and the support of a wider team on a national basis.Much of the work can be done remotely in line with the hybrid working model, but you must be flexible to travel to meetings if/as needed.You will work closely with both the operational and central HR teams as well as the business partners to ensure full and effective delivery of the project to timescale.This is a brand new role and so it can be what you make it.THE PERSONThe ideal person will:
