Job Description

SNE are a Ofsted 2 Private Training Provider working across the Health and Wellbeing sectors, passionate about developing the workforce of the North East, giving them the skills and knowledge to improve their lives and employment opportunities.The Business Development Manager’s role is focused on liaising with prospective employers promoting our catalogue of support programmes to support people in employment to develop their careers across the North of TyneDuties and KPI’s include:

  • Engaging with employers in various sectors • Health care, wellbeing.
  • Generating meetings to promote SNE and support coures
  • Achievement of weekly and monthly KPI’s
  • Maintain & add information to our CRM system
  • Use all recruitment skills & tools available to you and learned from your experience, such as referrals, social media, job boards, cv searching, etc.
  • Delivering top quality IAG
  • Preparing presentations and marketing materials around initiative
  • Characteristics and skills:
  • Previous sales and or recruitment background would be an advantage.
  • Ability to think outside the box to gain success
  • The ability to communicate at various levels from the boardroom to the shop floor.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a highly competitive environment
