Job DescriptionRent & Legal Protection Insurance Claims Coordinator £21,500Hours 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday with free onsite parking.Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service Join our dynamic team as an Administrator, where youll play a pivotal role in managing Rent & Legal Protection (RLP) insurance claims.Responsibilities include:

Providing expert assistance to customers with insurance claim inquiries.
Conducting compliance checks, audits, and claim validations.
Serving as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and legal representatives.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to adapt and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
