Summary£24,500 up to £33,000 per annum (pro rata) - This isn’t an ordinary job. This is an extraordinary experience.People are at the heart of everything we do.   • Publication of job adverts on recruitment channels
  • Manage applications, interviews and our recruitment database
  • Selection and screening of candidates
  • Keep applicants updated by phone, letter and email
  • Be the first contact for all external recruitment enquiries
  • Coordinate interviews and conduct phone interviews
  • Manage our internal applications, answering queries and recording all applications
  • Help support and organise assessment days
  • Support at recruitment events e.g. Job fairs
  • Support and maintain Hiring Manager relationships
What youll need
  • Computer skills with Word, Excel and database experience
  • Previous recruitment experience is advantageous
  • A confident communication style with people at all levels and exceptional literacy
  • A ‘can do’ attitude, able to get along with anyone
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Initiative and an eye for detail
