Partnering and supporting all stakeholders of the business you will provide a comprehensive HR service, ensuring managersand employees are equipped with best practice to encourage a high-performance culture.With a minimum of 5 years HR experience, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to work intelligently, with a commercial focus and in a very fast paced environment. You will also have experience of managing a team.HR Business Partner - Key Responsibilities:* Provide a full, professional and impactful HR service, with visibility across all functions of the business, from the teams in the warehouse to the board of directors.* Day to day management of 2 HR Administrators.* Manage a broad range of ER issues with a pro-active approach.* Champion a culture of innovation, freedom of thought and growth, through various engagement initiatives.* Organisational change, supporting on restructures and managing the change process.* Work closely with the Learning & Development Manager to create initiatives to support continuous improvement.* Liaise with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure roles are recruited for in line with company procedure and to budget.This is a full and varied HR Business Partner role and a fantastic opportunity.
