The Role & Key ResponsibilitiesLocation: Peterborough/Remote - Hybrid WorkingHave you got experience of working in an IT function looking at delivering problem and change analysis, identifying problems that affect operational performance and investigating, mitigating and resolving issues with an analytical reduction of risk-basedapproach If so, join our team today!You will analyse data from of ticket system to identify trends, spikes and frequency/severity of incidents to support with the prioritisation for resolving problems that will have business impact.
