Job Description

About The RoleWe are recruiting for a PA to Chief Operations Officer on an 9 months maternity cover to provide vital support to the COO and Senior AMK Project Teamwith a multitude of projects and assignments.You will be directly responsible for supporting the leaders of each project workstream to ensure that they are on track and delivered in a consistent, timely manner.Job Duties and responsibilities:

  • Enter information into and manage any project databases
  • PA support the Chief Operations Officer (COO) including weekly communications, presentation preparation and information collation
  • Preparation and distribution of weekly Senior Leadership Team (SLT) information pack
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Organise, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings as and when required.
  • Take meeting minutes and ensure actions are updated, circulated and actioned/completed
  • Diary management and appointments
  • Assist with the booking and organisation of events
  • Data and KPI collation, analysis and presentation
  • Processing expenses, general procurement for COO
  • Overall office controls - involvement in design, new personnel, seating, meeting rooms
  • Weekly news bulletins and general comms / updates as required from COO
  • Social / travel arrangements as necessary for COO and other senior leaders
About YouTo be successful you will be/have:
  • Experience in project management administration along with advanced knowledge in using office software like Microsoft work, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience working as a PA or EA from an FMCG industry
  • Demonstrated experience in diary management and minute taking
  • Experience of supporting at Director level and above
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Excels in a high-paced work environment
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and a self-starter who works well independently
  • Adaptable and calm under pressure
Working hours are Monday to Friday 08am to 5pm, occasional travel to Alconbury may be required, possibly one day per week.
