Job Description

Office Administrator | Alwalton, PeterboroughOffice based Monday to FridaySalary upto £25,000 depending on experienceOur client is recruiting for an experienced office administrator / secretary to join their team. This is a busy position, where you will supporting the business as a whole.Core duties will include:

  • Taking incoming calls and general reception duties
  • Assisting with diary management and co-ordination as necessary
  • Management of customer paperwork and creating files
  • Tracking and updating the database and work in progress management
  • Company secretarial duties
  • Any ad hoc or project work
  • Other general office duties
Experience required:
  • Confidential telephone manner
  • Organised approach to work
  • Highly IT literate - outlook, MS office
  • Dairy management
  • Excellent customer service skills
This position requires access to car / driver
