Responsible for generating and converting B2C leads and increasing brand awareness by engaging directly with consumers througha variety of channels. You will have your own Field sales target but also be responsible for supporting the field team and their development. Daily activities include door knocking, quality assessing field sales executives, coaching, engaging and developingthe team to success. Reporting to the B2C Sales Manager and coordinating with the local Community Liaison Lead, this role will presentthe brand and service offering in a clear and concise way, selling with integrity and authenticity.This role will be given a territory of towns to cover and will involve travel. Working in a growing team you will be fundamental to driving your teams success. You will manage your time effectively between your sales team and your personal target which willbe divided into team targets, lead generation and sales targets. Daily record keeping in the company CRM (Salesforce) will be required to track pipeline and channel performance and filling in the quality tracker is essential.What we are looking for

  • Direct to consumer sales experience
  • Consultative selling approach
  • Prior experience leading a team, including coaching and developing others
  • Experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Sales territory management
  • Excellent time management
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to operate independently
  • A team playerwilling to support colleagues and collaborate
  • Experience of working with a challenger brand or market disruptor would be advantageous
