Working closely with the Principal and senior leadership team,you will provide strategic direction, guidance, and support to both staff and students.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and development of the schools pastoral care policies, promoting a positive and inclusive school culture.
• Lead a dedicated team of pastoral staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Monitor and assess the progress and well-being of students, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions.
• Implement effective behavior management strategies, promoting a safe and respectful learning environment.
• Collaborate with parents, guardians, and external agencies to address the pastoral needs of students.
• Support the professional development of staff, providing coaching and training opportunities to enhance their pastoral skills.
