Your hospitality journey starts hereWe are now recruiting Food & Beverage Assistants for the 2023 season at Alton Towers Resort. With a huge variety of food units and restaurants spread across the resort, there are plenty of roles that you could be working in. From Woodcutters Bar & Grillwhere we freshly prepare delicious meals, to the UKs first Rollercoaster Restaurant, we have something for everyone. This is a fun role where you will continue to develop your skills. Many of our assistants eventually move into more senior roles.Are you looking for a role that works around your college timetable Perhaps you want to work around the kids school activities, or you might just want to do something completely different. Well, how about working in a theme park! You could be working inone of our restaurants, or alternatively making our delicious donuts or serving coffee. We have so many roles, and will find the role thats right for you and is fun!We have customer facing roles available for those that love interacting with our guests and kitchen based roles for people who just love working with food!There are shifts to suit everyone; full time, part time, weekends only and holidays. We even have morning and evening shifts.These roles are available from March 2023. PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR CURRENT HOURLY RATES WILL INCREASE FROM APRIL 2023.The ingredients for successYou will be offering the park visitors the best possible customer service in an efficient manner, serving food and drink. You could be working in a front of house role, or working behind the scenes helping prepare the ingredients for our fantastic meals.We will aim to get you into the most suitable role possible and provide you with the required training.What does this role entail

• Processing orders on tills (training provided)
• Providing excellent dietary and menu knowledge
• Preparing and serving food and drinks orders
• Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
• Providing our guests with the best possible service
