OVERVIEWDue to some internal team movement a vacancy has arisen for a purchase ledger administrator within this accounts team.The role is quite heavy on the data inputting side until the new P2P system goes live early next year so it will include a lot of raising of invoices and matching to POs and query resolution.Experience wise you dont need to have prior purchase ledger experience, but you will need a strong administrative background and an interest in finance. The manager will be spending a lot of time over the next few months improving the PL function so shewill be on hand to support you with learning that area.Part roles come in many shapes and sizes supporting different needs and commitments and here they do need you to be in the officeMonday to Friday working 30 hours per week. The current person works9.30am till 3.30pm, but as long as you work within thecore hours of 8.30am5.00pmthey can be flexible with start and finish times - Perfect if you need hours to fit in around school runs or maybe you just want a shorter working day!Also, please note they have now moved back to being 100% office based.REQUIREMENTS
