Our client, a small, independent lettings specialist, are keen to appoint a talented individual to join their team and make a realimpact.Lettings CoordinatorAlfreton Full time, permanent £22,481 per annumNo Weekends!What Youll Be Doing:

  • Efficiently book and manage contractors for property maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to ensure projects are completed to high standards.
  • Schedule and oversee Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) assessments.
  • Organise and facilitate Gas Safety Inspections.
  • Manage Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) to ensure property safety compliance.
  • Build strong and productive relationships with contractors, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Handle repair bookings promptly and professionally.
