My client is a very well known UK brand name who are looking for 2 IT Project Managers to join their quickly growing tech team. They are a brand centred around helping people and doing good and are looking for a mid level IT Project Manager to help themcontinue to achieve those goals. You will be working on an exciting variety of projects, including cloud deployments, API integrations, mobile app/web upgrades and Salesforce projects. The client uses their own sequential Prince2 style framework and AgileDevOps Boards.This role will be based in the clients incredible Alfreton office 3/4 days per week with 1/2 days remote.Responsibilities:* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation* Lead project teams in executing project tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to quality standards* Manage project resources efficiently, including staff allocation, vendor coordination, and budget control* Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery* Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, including status updates and issue resolution* Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reportsRequirements:* Must have strong hands on experience with the E2E project lifecycle, including being able to scope complex requirements, plan costs and resources and manage projects through to delivery, including the budget and stakeholder management* A background of managing a variety of IT projects, ideally with some exposure to mid level project sizes and complexities* Excellent organisational and leadership skills, including the ability to manage senior stakeholders through project lifecycles, especially where there are conflicting priorities.
