We are looking to recruit a registered nurse to join our team for Older Peoples Services and Stroke Clyde. This role will give the opportunity for individuals to develop their skills and knowledge. Our service covers many areas of speciality including stroke rehab. We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to join our multi-disciplinary team. As a service we will support you continuously to develop. You will assess patient needs, plan/implement and evaluate a programme of care which is evidence based utilising all available resources taking into consideration the lifestyle, gender and cultural background and ensure involvement with the patient, family, carers and significant others. You will regularly undertake extended clinical practice i.e. venepuncture, cannulation, IV drug administration and other clinical practice specific to specialist area of work. It is essential that you are currently a Registered Nurse with the NMC.
