Permanent vacancy - Sous Chef Salary - Competitive and DOELocation - Loch Lomond Working hours - 42 hours per week We are working on behalf of a prestigious company based in Loch Lomond and they are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their team. Theyoffer great working environment and exceptional benefits package, please read below to find out more…Key Responsibilities and about the person * Take responsibility for running your own section of the kitchen * Preparing and serving innovative Scottish Fayre to the highest of standards, menus will be seasonally lead * Prepare daily specials menu* You will lead a dynamic team * Must be able to stay focused and work under pressure * Assist with menu planning, inventory and management of stock * Ensure adequate stock rotation * Brief staff daily Skills and qualifications* Passionate about providing fantastic food* Experience working in a busy environment and working with fresh produce* Ambitious, hard working and calm under pressure* You must have the skills to produce quality plates in both taste and design* H&S, COSHH, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent food hygiene certificationThis company have a onsite kitchen greenhouse and garden there is an abundance of fresh products are your finger tips.
