Were looking for an experienced and highly organised Production Planner to join our client, a leading food manufacturing company, and play a key role in the planning and smoothing running of the production process at their Coventry facility.This is an interesting and busy role, the ideal candidate must have knowledge of manufacturing planning and production processes and associated planning systems, as well as strong organisation skills and a practical approach to problem solving.You would work 7 12 hour shifts, 0600-1800, over a 14 day period; Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday one week, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday the following week. Key responsibilities will include- Production Line Planning- Internal planning from goods into dispatch- Communication with customers and suppliers- Feedstock and raw material planning- Conducting stock checks----RequirementsThe Production Planner role will suit an adaptable, reliable and self-motived individual looking for an opportunity to play an important role within a fast-paced production environment.
