My client based in Alconbury, Huntingdon are currently recruiting for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Assistant with experience in social media management, content creation and website maintenance. You will have great organisational skills, an eye for detail and ability to multi-task. You will be a confident communicator both verbaland written. My clients mission is to develop innovative products that are high quality and deliver a positive and wholesome experience for all customers.Offering a salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience and working hours of Monday to Thursday 8:30 - 5pm and Friday 8:30 - 4:30pm.Key responsibilities:· To develop Social Media presence, keeping up to date with current trends and ecommerce opportunities · Ownership of the Social Media calendar, briefing and creating content, then posting to an agreed plan · Creating engaging content, both text and imagery, for new and core products · Monitoring competitor and customer activity to ensure that our content is fresh and relevant. · Briefing our in-house design team on requirements for digital assets · Developing and maintaining the group websites · Optimising content for SEO purposes · Providing briefs for product and lifestyle photo / video shoots. · Supporting the Marketing Manager across various trade marketing functions including trade shows, catalogues, and product preview presentation The candidate:· Ideally degree education or with 2 years hands-on experience. · In depth understanding of Social Media channels and trends, including TikTok. Experience of TikTok Shop an advantage. · Fun, enthusiastic, and positive outlook. · A love of toys and games. · Excellent written and communication skills. · Great attention to detail. · Self-motivated and highly organised. · Able to work efficiently and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines. · Proficiency with the core Microsoft Office Suite · Experience with WordPress, Google Ads and Analytics would be an advantage. · Social content creation, photography, videography and editing skills would be an advantage.
