Job Description

I am currently recruiting a work from home Recruitment Coordinator to work on behalf of my client a leading public health organisation.You will act as the Trusts focal point for the provision of recruitment services, ensuring the provision of advice and support on all matters pertaining to recruitment and selection.You will be required to carry out administrative and all coordination in matters relating to the recruitment process, ensuring adherence to Trust policy, procedure and employment legislation.Duties will include:

  • Support with the creation and managing of job adverts, job descriptions and interview questions
  • Work with the appointing mangers to agree recruitment timetable
  • Place adverts on various platforms
  • Be responsible for formal recruitment related correspondence for candidates
  • Work closely with the recruitment administrator to ensure all checks are completed (ID, OH, DBS and references etc)
  • Application sifting and shortlisting
  • Organise interviews and assessments
You will be an ambassador for the values of the organisation which includeTeamwork, Innovation, Professionalism and being Caring.To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have previous office/administration experience including letter writing, Email enquiries, Data entry etc
  • Have strong previous customer service experience
  • Have knowledge and experience of the HR recruitment process and legislation
  • Qualification in computer literacy e.g. ECDL, RSA3 or NVQ3, (or demonstrable evidence of experience)
  • Be confident using a variety of IT systems including MS packages (Word and Excel)
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Previous NHS related experience would be advantageous
  • Be organised and able to manage your own time along with other diaries
This role is working from home and the hours of work are Full time from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (37.5 per week).
