Month-end close of FTE systemProfile description:IT and Financial Systems expereince:·Intermediate working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word·Advanced knowledge of OLAP/ multi-dimensional databases and EPM / BI applications·Knowledge of integration with SAPSecond line support for Finance users·Project management and workstream delivery·Presenting and networking at all stakeholder levels·Experience supporting and maintaining EPM especially:oHyperion Planning and Oracle Essbase, Oracle Data Integrator and Smart ViewInternal relationships:·Finance, Operational Excellence, and Supply Chain Business process owners·EMEA HQ and Affiliate Finance functions·All user levels of Finance Analytics SystemsProcess support:1.Transfer of data between Essbase cubes2.Support for Daily checks on automated data transfers3.Checks on load of external, in-market, data to SALES system4.Month-end close of TSCM system/APGD system/FTE systemTechnical development support:Monitoring and clean-up of the team helpdeskImproving daily data quality controlsModifications to Oracle Hyperion components e.g. Business Rules, Calc ScriptsHyperion Planning and Essbase business solutions for Finance, Operational Excellence, Marketing Intelligence, R&D, and Supply Chain across EHQ, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Canada, Australia and New Zealand·400 users across Europe·Individual development projects for Hyperion Platform expected to range from €50k to €500k Required skills
