Senior Site Manager

Job Description

My client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join a growing housing developer based in Cheshire.They are looking for a hardworking, experienced individual to manage luxury housing Site which consists of 150+ Units of 3&4 bed semi-detached and detached properties. Ideally, they are looking to produce between 40 to 50 Plots per annum.They are committed to building and maintaining a strong value-based culture within their organisation, which shows itself in the quality of the product they produce and the high levels of service they always give to their customers. They achieve that aim by employing the best people who share their values and are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of the people who buy their homes.The successful candidate will be responsible for all overseeing all staff on Site, ensuring the build program keeps to schedule whilst maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and construction at all times. You will be responsible for ensuring that Health and Safety regulations are implemented, along with all other relevant legislation. The successful candidate will have extensive experience of working to tight deadlines in a busy environment. You will have experience of working as a Site Manager with another speculative developer. You will have excellent communication skills both internally and externally and represent the company to customers with the highest standards of professionalism.
