They provide cutting-edge fire andsecurity solutions to a diverse range of clients, from local businesses to international brands.About the Role:As a Fire and Security Engineer, youll play a crucial role in installing and maintaining Fire & Security systems to the highest standards. From responding to service calls to participating in out-of-hours rota, youll ensure clients receive world-class serviceand complete satisfaction.Key Responsibilities Include:* Installation and maintenance of Fire & Security systems according to current standards and customer requirements.* Responding to service calls promptly and efficiently.* Meeting attendance times, KPIs, and SLAs.* Collaborating with the wider team to ensure job coverage and stock maintenance.* Continuous improvement through training and development opportunities. About You:Were seeking candidates who are passionate about delivering outstanding service every day. Ideally you will have:* Experience as a multi-disciplined engineer with a comprehensive understanding of Fire and Security Systems.* Technical background in the electrical/electronic industry.* Familiarity with IP and analogue CCTV, intruder alarms, access control systems, and fire alarms.* IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Windows.* Front-line customer service experience is preferred.* A full UK Driving Licence and flexibility as there is a requirement to travel and work away from home.
