Workshop Manager (HGV/Fleet/Commercial) £35,000 - £40,000 + Progression + Training + Company Benefits Aberdeen (And surrounding areas) Are you Workshop Manager from an HGV/Fleet/Commercial vehicle background looking to join the number one international transport company in a senior role which offers a clear route of progression and an extensive training programme On offer is the opportunity to join an industry-leader in the transport sector who are willing to invest in you and allow personal development through specialist training and progression. The company have exponentially grown across the UK and Europe in recent years to cement their position as the leader within their industry. They are looking to bring a new Workshop Manager on board in a position of responsibility to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement within the depots. This challenging and varied role with consist of overseeing the Engineering team of 37 across three depots, maintaining high standards and productivity levels and performing quality maintenance audits. This role would suit a Workshop Manager from a HGV/Fleet/Commercial vehicle background looking for a role which offers a structured progression path and an indentured training programme to expand your skillset.
