Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Ad-Hoc Kitchen porters for our clients in Aberdeen.Candidates will be required to cover holiday and sickness cover for our clients.Main Responsibilities:

  • Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans promptly and efficiently to maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order.
  • Sweep and mop floors regularly to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling vegetables, chopping ingredients, and preparing simple dishes.
  • Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed.
  • Clean food preparation areas, countertops, and storage areas to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Assist chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed, including receiving deliveries and restocking supplies.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures at all times.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
