Located in Aberdeen the role will be to undertake warehouse and logistics duties to support the Aberdeen facility and deliver a high class efficient service to customers.The Warehouse & Logistics Co-ordinator will be responsible for the safe and secure storage of equipment and spares on the Aberdeen site and is required to keep accurate and up to date stock records.Client DetailsA true market leader in their field.DescriptionLocated in Aberdeen the role will be to undertake warehouse and logistics duties to support the Aberdeen facility and deliver a high class efficient service to customers.The Warehouse & Logistics Co-ordinator will be responsible for the safe and secure storage of equipment and spares on the Aberdeen site and is required to keep accurate and up to date stock records. In addition they are required to ensure sufficient equipment spares are maintained to prevent disruption to supply of equipment. To achieve this the Warehouse & Logistics Co-ordinator will be required to update various software packages/databases. Training will be provided.The Warehouse & Logistics Co-ordinator is required to look at ways to improve current processes to make them more efficient and effective.The Warehouse & Logistics Co-ordinator will be required to inspect goods on arrival and prior to dispatch and report any service and repair issues to service team/Operations Manager.The Warehouse & Logistics Co-ordinator will be required to support and assist with basic service and operational tasks as directed by Operations Manager. Training will be provided.Occasional out of hours / unsocial hours may be required to meet the customer needs and to attain department / company goals & targets.Description of Duties
