Your Daily tasks will include:
  • Answer telephone and handle requests for information confidently and professionally
  • Set up and maintain department records and files
  • Arrange travel schedules and reservations
  • Perform secretarial duties as required, including Type and proofread formal letters, interoffice correspondence and miscellaneous documents; compose correspondence and responses to inquiries independently
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a receptionist is a must
  • Knowledge/experience with SAP or other MRP systems is highly advantageous
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office & Excel
  • Ample organisation and time management skills
  • Able to work well independently as well as in a team
