We are looking for a Data Assistant to immediately start within our expanding Central Rostering Team, based in the Workforce Directorate’s HR Service Centre.eRostering is being rolled out to all wards and departments in NHS Grampian and will ensure that clinical and non-clinical staff are rostered effectively so that the right staff are in the right place at the right time to deliver safe and effective patient care.As a Data Assistant in the team you will primarily be responsible for the data transfer from the eRostering system into the Scottish Standard Time System (SSTS).Applicants should have a good standard of education, this being 5 National 5 qualifications or 5 Standard Grades at credit level, or relevant equivalent experience in an administration environment. Good communication skills are required, as well as a good command of the English language. You will have the ability to maintain high standards of accuracy whilst working to strict deadlines.This post is full time (37.50 hours per week and fixed term until 31 March 2021Interviews will be held on Wednesday 16th December with the post closing on Friday 11th December 2020.
