Job Description

QHSE Manager (Manufacturing / Welding)£65,000-£70,000 + Ongoing Training + Career Support + Progression + Pay Reviews + Early Finish Friday + Free ParkingAberdeenAre you a QHSE professional with a manufacturing background looking to be recognised as the go-to technical expert within the business, with plenty of autonomy, authority, and recognition, coupled with an excellent remuneration packageOn offer is the opportunity to join a renowned and growing business that are markets leaders in their specialist sector. You will take ownership of all their HSE needs whilst also upholding ISO 9001 standards to the highest degree.In this role you will be responsible for maintaining compliance at a manufacturing site involving site checks, management of ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 systems and liaising with senior management. There will also be occasional travel to a secondary site inRotherham.This growing company are the go-to experts in their niche and are an instantly recognisable brand with over 250 employees. Due to ongoing success, they require an experienced HSEQ professional to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.This role would suit a Health, Safety, Environment and Quality professional who has a history of implementing and upholding ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards in a manufacturing, engineering background, who is looking for a role with authority as the go-toexpert.The Role:

  • Implementing and upholding ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and staying up to date with new legislation
  • Conducting internal audits and implementing improvement plans
  • Lead, develop and support the QHSE Department Team Members including the QC Inspectors and the Welding Engineers
  • Develop Quality and Inspection & Test plans when required
  • Accountable for the HSE function
The Person:
  • QHSE Manager or similar
  • Manufacturing or engineering background
  • NEBOSH Certified
  • Auditing experience
