Job Description

RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with one of the U.K’s leading animal feed manufacturers. The company’s core business is the supply of livestock feed plus a retail division of 21 Country Stores.We are looking to appoint a self-motivated and flexible individual to join our Continuous Improvement, Projects & Strategy team.Our new Project Manager will be accountable for the delivery of assigned projects, including being responsible for ensuring projects are scoped and approved, delivered on time, and in budget.You will also provide support to business owners who are managing their own projects covering all business functions from engineering to software.Key Responsibilities

  • Support business owner to develop scope and ROI and facilitate stakeholder sign off
  • Create and manage project plan
  • Define project schedule, allocate resources and monitor progress
  • Manage budget
  • Coordinate internal/external resources
  • Develop detailed project and communication plans to track progress
  • Manage project changes
  • Measure project performance
  • Report and escalate as necessary
  • Issue & Risk management
  • Reporting and documentation
  • Provide project management support to business owned projects e.g. share templates and advice with nonproject managers
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Any other tasks that fall within the capability of the candidate and remit to carry out.
  • Skills and Experience
  • Project Management accreditation, e.g. PMI, Prince2, APM, Agile, Scrum Master
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong IT skills, awareness of leading-edge technologies
  • Organised and strong attention to detail
  • Problem solver and able to make decisions
  • High level of integrity and dependability
  • Time management and delegation skills
