Operations Manager (Lifting Equipment / Manufacturing / Oil + Gas)£75,000 - £80,000 DOE + Chartership Support + Excellent Pension + Bonus + Flexi Time + Pay and Role Progression + Company Benefits + Car AllowanceAberdeenAre you an Operations Manager with experience in the manufacturing / oil and gas industry looking for an integral and hands-on role within an leading Oil and Gas Engineering Consultancy which supply tailored lifting solutions, equipment and personnel packagesfor the global energy sectorsAre you looking to become immersed as a significant, key player in the Rentals department, where you will be responsible for overseeing and successfully delivering assigned Asset, Maintenance and Engineering (AME) projects of a high value across a rangeof lifting applicationsOn offer is the opportunity to work as part of the senior management team, bridging the operational activities of the rental unit and higher management within an established and rapidly expanding business that provide excellent progression opportunitiesalongside an attractive benefits package with the opportunity to gain chartership through company support.This role will involve a split of Field and desk-based work where you have flexible working hours. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes, ideally with a maritime background, as well as knowledge ofproject management methodologies and tools.The Role:

• HSE Leadership: Cultivate a robust safety culture across operations, aligning activities with regulations and best practices for personnel and environmental well-being
• Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee high-standard quality measures, ensuring top-tier equipment maintenance, service delivery, and asset management for client satisfaction
• Team Management: Lead a diverse team with effective communication and collaboration, fostering motivation and achieving operational goals
• Strategic Alignment: Bridge daily operations with company vision, translating strategies into actionable tasks for digitalisation, integration, collaboration, and visualisation
• CMMS Management: Drive CMMS ownership, ensuring accurate data tracking, reporting, and analysis to inform maintenance decisions
• Dashboard Insights: Utilise CMMS data to generate insightful dashboards, optimising asset management, resource allocation, and cost tracking
• Asset Oversight: Manage asset team, ensuring rental assets maintenance, operational schedules, and data accuracy align with procedures
• Service Personnel: Direct service team management, ensuring smooth execution of maintenance activities, safety adherence, and coordination
• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives for enhanced processes, efficiency, and operational performance, while fostering stakeholder collaboration and data-driven decision-making

The Person:

• Experience of Operational Management within the Oil and Gas OR Engineering industry OR Manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of Engineering and Manufacturing processes
