Job Advert – Programme Manager 8ANHS Grampian is seeking to employ a Programme Manager to lead its eRostering Team. Within the eRostering Team you will provide leadership and direction to a team of highly motivated individuals. You will lead 2 small teams which will provide eRostering training and support and business as usual across all areas within NHS Grampian. You will work with senior management across a number of workforce issues including organisational change, partnership working and engagement, and policy advice. Candidates must have a proven track record in the field of electronic rostering, electronic systems, managing people/teams, project management, and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills along with well-developed influencing skills. You should also have the ability to develop and implement project plans which support a significant part of the organisation.
